The Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee held a meeting, analyzing the economic situation and arranging economic work in the second half of the year. The meeting required solid implementation of pro-employment policies with a particular focus on ensuring the employment of college graduates, migrant rural workers and veterans.

為充分擴大就業(yè)，中央對“十三五”期間的就業(yè)政策進行了統(tǒng)籌考慮?！笆濉币?guī)劃建議指出：“統(tǒng)籌人力資源市場，打破城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)、行業(yè)分割和身份、性別歧視，維護勞動者平等就業(yè)權(quán)利。加強對靈活就業(yè)、新就業(yè)形態(tài)的支持，促進勞動者自主就業(yè)。落實高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)促進和創(chuàng)業(yè)引領計劃，帶動青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)。加強就業(yè)援助，幫助就業(yè)困難者就業(yè)。”為提高勞動者的就業(yè)能力，推出全員培訓、終身職業(yè)培訓和新型學徒制等新政。
