深圳PMI-ACP®認(rèn)證考試一年舉行四次,分別在3、6、9、12月份,根據(jù)中國(guó)國(guó)際人才交流基金會(huì)公布的PMI-ACP®考試時(shí)間,深圳PMI-ACP®考試題型是單項(xiàng)選擇題,題量為120道題,其中20道為機(jī)選不計(jì)分考題。
PMI-ACP®認(rèn)證是由美國(guó)項(xiàng)目管理協(xié)會(huì)(PMI)于2011年推出一門(mén)敏捷項(xiàng)目管理的考試,全稱(chēng)Agile Certified Practitioner。PMI經(jīng)過(guò)多年調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)許多項(xiàng)目需求不斷地變更,成員小于10人的團(tuán)隊(duì),套用以往"先做計(jì)劃再做事"的思維,項(xiàng)目根本推不動(dòng)。因此,PMI提倡采用敏捷(Agile)的方法管理充滿變動(dòng)的項(xiàng)目,并從2011年開(kāi)始正式推出PMI Agile Certified Practitioner(PMI-ACP®)認(rèn)證,使項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理能夠具備快速應(yīng)變的能力。PMI-ACP®(Agile Certified Practitioner )是敏捷管理專(zhuān)業(yè)人士資格認(rèn)證。在全球得到200個(gè)左右的和地區(qū)的認(rèn)可,發(fā)起的針對(duì)敏捷實(shí)踐者的資格認(rèn)證。
